[Bristol-Birds] 55 Cardinals

Area Birders,
Yesterday ( 3/8/05 ) with a few inches of snow on the ground here on Compton
Mt. the cardinals broke the former record of 35 of that species at my feeders.
I had 35 males and 15 females for a total of 55. I took some photos though I
was only able to get about 38 in one photo. For those interested in seeing some
of the photos, below are two pages on my web site. The first page is composed
of three close-ups of an especially bright male. The second page has three
photos showing the large groups of birds around the feeders and in the tree
above them.
