     Sunday, Mar 3, I again saw a Northern Harrier fly over my house in 
Central Community, Carter Co., TN, high and flying, or being blown, southeast.
     Monday, Mar.4, I saw a Brown Thrasher in my yard several times, once 
eating cracked corn that I spread on the ground.  This is the first Brown 
Thrasher I have seen since the one I saw here on November 25, 2001.  I would 
like to think it is the same bird, but who knows?  I was surprised to see him 
choosing cracked corn.  One I used to see all winter in Greene Co. regularly 
ate black oil sunflower.  It would place them on the lawn and hammer them 
straight on with its bill, reminding me of a woodpecker.
