[Bristol-Birds] Bald Eagle on eggs at Kingsport, TN

Had a phone call from Bruce Cole today and he reported that
the Bald Eagles have been nesting in the Holston Army
Ammunition Plant at Kingsport since Feb 11. He decided
that Feb. 11 will be the date established that the eagles had
eggs.
"They may have laid in the week prior to that but I was
not able to be confident that they had eggs until Feb. 11," the
resource biologist said.
The nest is on the Holston River in Hawkins County which is
in the west end of Kingsport.
He said an adult is now on the nest and seen every
time he is in the vicinity.
