Alice and I spent a short while this afternoon in Grainger County, mostly in 
the Rutledge area.  While we were there, I had the good fortune to find a 
Eurasian Collared-Dove at the intersection of Highway 11-W and Mill Avenue in 
Rutledge.

This makes two ECDO sightings on consecutive weekends in Grainger County.  (On 
January 26, I saw two birds on Highway 375 0.7 mile west of Harrell Park Road.  
[In my post on these birds, I erroneously stated that the site was south, 
rather than west, of Harrell Park Road.])
