near South Fork Holston River:
Canvasback 1 male, 1 female
Ring-necked Duck 49
Lesser Scaup 5

South Fork Holston River:
Wild Turkey 36

Ruddy Duck 2
American Wigeon 7
Bufflehead 63
Middlebrook Lake
Bristol, TN:
This afternoon there were more birders than birds.
Thought I would need a shuttle bus due to limited parking ;-)
Photographers occupied much of the front row :-(
I was shoved around by a 15-mounth-old girl trying to get an "Oldsquaw" as a
lifer !
The vulture roost appeared to be mostly Turkey Vultures. Many Black Vultures
present.
Let's go birding......
