[Bristol-Birds] Chipping Sparrow

Trying to get better at identifying birds. I think this is a Chipping
Sparrow in winter plumage. The key identifying mark for me was the dark
horizontal line through the eye. White eyebrow is muted in winter.
Am I correct?
