This morning I was treated to a healthy look at an accipiter
two houses from my house in Johnson City. If you held my
feet to the fire I?d say ?Cooper.? Whether or no, it
was a treat.

We?ve had accipiter in the neighborhood terrorizing the
local populations. This was a first that perched long enough
to enjoy viewing, snow storm notwithstanding.
