Around noon today I was collecting data on detention basins in Johnson City 
when I flushed a Wilson's Snipe out of a small detention basin at the end of 
Innovation Dr. You turn off Buffalo Rd (South Roan end) onto Innovation Dr and 
travel to the end.  There is a one way loop to a parking area and back to the 
drive.  The dentention basin (which is a small swamp now) is between the road 
and the one way drive.  I would advise a caution if you decide to go there.  It 
is on the property of a business called Fiber Innovation Technology and I 
don't know their policy about visitors not coming to the business.  I have only 
accessed this area in the City of Johnson City vehicle.
