[Bristol-Birds] Ross's Geese moved to field in afternoon

Don Holt and Wallace Coffey observed the six Ross's Geese today at 2 p.m. The 
birds were about .7 mile upstream from the old iron bridge on Wilbur Dam Road 
along the Watagua River in Carter Co.  This is east of Elizabethton.  They were 
feeding well back in fields directly behind the faded red barn on the right of 
the road.  Larry McDaniel found the birds this morning and they were identified 
as Ross's Geese by McDaniel and Rick Knight.  McDaniel made digital photos of 
the birds.  During the afternoon they were frequently flying in the area and 
not seen in the river while we were there.
