Bristol Area Birders,
With a Flood Warning in effect, water five feet from our
back yard, a slight rain, and temps in the upper thirties -
Michelle and I decided to do some birding at the Breaks Park
yesterday (yes, we have the birding bug!). Here is a link
to some pictures and a write-up from yesterday's hike for
those who are interested.

On Saturday, while shopping at the Wal-Mart in Pikeville, KY
we noted between 600 and 700 American Robins flying north
over the parking lots - very impressive and the most Robins
I have ever seen in one spot.
