Hey folks,
     On Wed., Feb. 20, 2002 at Slagles Pasture on Reynolds Rd., Carter Co., 
TN I saw a female Northern Harrier fly across the road and low over the 
field.  Today, Fri., Feb. 22, I saw another Northern Harrier fly high over my 
house in Central Community, heading East-Northeast.  It was missing a flight 
feather or two.
