[Bristol-Birds] merlin at kingsport (update)

One Merlin was present at Oak Hill Cemetery at around 8:00 am this morning (Jan
16). I believe the very best time to see the birds is around 4:30 pm until
dusk, when they are usually found perched in the tops of tall Spruce trees on
the north side of the cemetery.
