[Bristol-Birds] River Otters at Steele Creek Park

The wintery conditions brought a park record to Steele Creek Park in Bristol
Tennessee this morning. Jeremy Stout and I enjoyed watching two frolicking
River Otters on the wooded shoreline across the lake from the nature center.
They played for about 5 or 10 minutes just before noon and then seemingly
vanished.
