Bald Eagles back at nest in Kingsport
Bill Grigsby reported to me in early January that the Bald Eagles are back near
Clay Island in the Holston River at Kingsport in Hawkins County. Last spring
they hatched and fledged two young eagles from their nest at the Holston Army
Ammunition Plant. Bill sent me this photo of a Bald Eagle at the Kingsport
nest this month.
