[Bristol-Birds] Feeder Watch

Twas a good day for it:
Did an extensive evaluation of sturnus vulgaris. Observed black bills and
yellow bills.
Sibley indicates that the yellow bill is breeding plumage. They don't know it
is to be
eight degrees tonight and too cold for that kind of stuff. Starlings are
beautiful birds
to watch on the deck from the couch.
In addition to the usual had 26 Cardinals at one time, two male tohees, but the
best bird was a phoebe on the car port.
Checked for the trumpeter this week. All the hangouts were frozen and did not
see
the bird. Didn't get out of my truck either.
