Hi
My first remark is to return the Shuffle and get a Zen Stone. There are far
more advantages to having that device than there are an iPod Shuffle,
including the fact it is a multi directory unit and you can use windows
explorer.
If you really want to keep the Shuffle, endure you have the very latest
release of iTunes installed, ensure it is running and connect the device to
the computer. If iTunes displays it in the source list, you can click
Restore to restore it back to its factory settings.

Subject: [blindipod] Update on urgent shuffle query
Hi all,
I have just found out that when my friend's sister put my friend's
Ipod into her machine, iTunes reports that it's corrupted. Is this a
firmware issue or is there something seriously going wrong? Has
anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance again for the urgent help.
