[blindipod] Re: Can I Modify Playlists in Original iPod Firmware?

Anna:
Thanks for the awesome instructions regarding how to use those
commands to adjust elements of a playlist! I did not know about
those.
The playlist I was working with proved extremely stubborn, and files
did not move even though J-tunes announced they would be moving. So I
had to delete and repopulate a new playlist, in which everything
seemed to work just fine. Now we'll see how faithfully it copies to
the iPod. This is being attempted with a sync right now. At least
this a task which can be done indoors, here in the land of freezing
rain and snow.
Take care. I wish you success, by the way, with the new guide to
portable players, presuming that is out or soon to be out on
themarket.
