[blindipod] Can I Modify Playlists in Original iPod Firmware?

Hi, folks.  I've been off-list for awhile, but am still very much
enjoying the iPod Video. One question, though, pertaining to CDs that
have been imported:
I just imported an audiobook that comes on 13 CDs.  While I imported
everything into iTunes in the order I wanted, the CDs appear out of
sequence in the MUSIC folder of my iTunes music library.  In other
words, if I were to play these in the order iTunes arranged them, I
would have CD #13 followed by #10, #12, and then #7-9.  Thinking I
could solve the problem just by creating a playlist and importing the
tracks sequentially in the way I wanted, I find that even inside the
playlist each track is out of sequence, with different tracks from
different disks juxtaposed next to each other in my playlist.  I've
not chosen shuffle play mode in either iTunes or on my iPod.  So why
does iTunes rearrange the order of things?  And is there a way to move
tracks up or down through my playlist so I can get them and keep them
the way I want?

If there's not a way to do this as a totally blind user of the
original Apple firmware, I'll have to figure a way to get it right in
Rockbox.
