Don't know if this will help, but have you tried importing your files in to
ITunes?

I have some realaudio files that I want to play on my IPod shuffle. Is
there an accessible way of converting them to MP3? I have goldwave but as
far as I can tell, the ability to convert from realaudio is not an option.
