[blindipod] Programs for extracting vidio

Hi,

I've got a vidio IPod, and am wondering what programs will ripp the full 
(including vidio) DVD.  THen, I'm wondering what program will incode the 
wripped vidio into IPod playable format (mp4, or m4v).  Of corse, these 
programs have to be accessible with Jaws.
