Hi Anna,

I so appreciate your reply, it's given me a great start. I did get to the
dialog and to the help info, and I was also able to get to a list of
conversion rules. The rule for converting WMA files defaults to "convert to
wav and then transfer", and when I right-click on it like the documentation
says to change the rule, there's no other option. I think I may have to
install a decoder, even though my system does already have windows Media
Player, which is probably not enough.

Thanks again for your help!
Pete
