Hi Anna: Thanks for responding. I have most of the problems worked out now.
I have even managed to purchase a song so I'm happy. Thanks again for your
help to me and to many others on the list. Gene

  Hi Gene,

I'm not sure what's going on; with this version of iTunes, the menu doesn't
speak as I move across it, but the pull-down menus talk, as do Music,
Audiobooks, etc. You might try maximizing iTunes. Also, check with the JAWS
cursor to see whether you can read items like Music, Audiobooks, and iTunes
Store. If you can't, perhaps iTunes has gotten into Mini-player view. Try
pressing Control-M to toggle to the regular view and see if that makes any
difference. I hope so.

  Regards,
  Anna

    Hi Anna
I decided to upgrade as you suggested. I have downloaded the latest
version of ITunes which is 7.5 and I am running JAWS 7.0. I then downloaded
JTunes and configured things as suggested in the JTunes manual. When I open
Itunes I can access the menus but nothing else. I attempted to follow the
color recognition procedure suggested in the manual but all that happens is
that ITunes sends me to the desktop. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong
would be appreciated.
    Thanks, Gene

      Hi Gene,

Which version of iTunes are you currently using? The last few versions
have worked very well with Brian's latest scripts, so if you're concerned about
script capability, upgrading should work fine for you.

      Cheers,

      Anna
