You can send a daisy book to a milestone which has the recent Daisy
firmware upgrade direct from a CD drive. If you transfer all the files,
not just the Mp3 ones, then the book works fine as a daisy book meaning
you can navigate, bookmark etc. since having my milestone upgraded to
daisy capability I do this a lot.

You can copy the files fine, the issue is actually getting hte to play
consecutively and being able to navigate between the pages like a real
"book".

        Hello,
A friend of mine has a Milestone with Daisy book support and a 4
GB memory card. He also has a Daisy book player , a Victor Classic I
think. He does not have a computer. He would like to load Daisy books
onto his Milestone. Can he do this without a computer?
If he needs a computer can you give me a few pointers on how to
do it. Can the Victor Classic be made to look like an extra disk drive
to the computer, and is it then just a case of moving some folders from
the Daisy book player to the computer and then to the Milestone.
Alternatively can one insert a Daisy book CD into a standard CD reader
on a computer and simply copy some folders from it to the Milestone.
As you can see I am pretty ignorant about the Daisy format.
        Many thanks.
