Hi Crystal,
The latest iPod update to include one for the Shuffle is the September 23
update. This is version 1.1.2 of the Shuffle software. If you have an
earlier version, you need to go to the Apple site and download the latest
updater. Once you install the updater, it will offer to update your iPod
the next time you connect the iPod to your computer. The site is
http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/
