Hi Gary,

Did you see my message from a couple days ago including a URL for the 
Shuffle users' guide?  I don't remember exactly what it was, but if you go to
www.apple.com/ipod
and search for "Shuffle manual" and then click the Support category, you 
get a link to it.  It's a pretty straightforward PDF file, but if you need 
a text file instead, let me know and I'll send it to you - I converted the 
manual to text.
