Hi Louise,

many thanks for the help on entering the serial number for the IPOD.  Having 
got that far without any problems I was dissappointed to get stuck at the 
last hurdle.  I got a sighted friend just to click on the field and we 
entered the serial number and we were ok.
Still haven't found an electronic version of the user guide yet, still think 
it's strange that it's not on the CD.

It is necessary to click the box where you enter the serial number
