Here's what I know as of today ... I cannot burn an audio music disk
with iTunes. I checked the burn settings and iTunes is set up to do
this. I also checked Windows Media Player because iTunes help suggests
to try other cd burning software if you're having problems. (That is
on the Apple site.) I can't burn a cd in Windows Media player either.
It's grayed out. I went to Roxio CD Creator. I can burn, and did
successfully, burn an audio cd. So it would appear that the hardware
is not at fault. Any ideas? Neither Windows MEdia Player nor iTunes is
my default player. I don't know if that makes any difference. Merrill
