Hi all.

Maybe this has been raised before with a slightly more vague subject name 
but if so sorry.

I recently had a problem with my zen stone and it became unformatted.  I had 
difficulty accessing list boxes on the creative website and problems 
accessing the MP3 player recovery tool (See below for more details).  I am 
using JFW.  What I want to know is are the list boxes on the creative web 
site for selecting the product to be updated accessible with JAWS and if so 
how?  Also, in the MP3 recovery tool the first window that appears when you 
run the program asks you to select a language but I can't find or open the 
box that allows you to do this.  I did get help from a sighted user running 
the recovery tool in the end, but would like to be able to do things more 
independently.

When my Zen stone died I plugged it in to my PC but it was recognised as a 
removable drive and I was advised it was unformatted so I chose to format 
it.
The device was then recognised as a firmatted removable disk using the Fat32 
operating system.

I went to the creative website, http://europe.creative.com and chose the 
Customer Support link.
I then chose the downloads link and was asked to choose my device.

This was a series of list boxes.  I pressed enter on the first listbox to 
select it and pressed alt down arrow to open it.  I then chose MP3 players. 
I have tried pressing enter on the list box, alt up arrow to close the list 
and enter but while whichever i did a selection seemed to be made in each 
list, going to the next button did not seem to select anything to search for 
in the following page.  Is there a way of getting Creative's list boxes on 
this download page to work propperly?

Also, the first time you run the MP3 recovery tool is there any way of 
getting to the conbo box where you choose what language you want?

any help much appreciated, and I would also be interested if people using a 
different screenreader to JAWS have any look.
