[blindipod] Rockbox - Trying to Find Ipod

Hi All
I am trying to follow the steps to find my Ipod video I have got the
following c:\rockbox>ipodpatcher 0 'ipodpatcher' is not recognised as an
internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I have tried
ipodpatcher up to 26 as it says in the instructions it is in the my computer
as a drive.
Can anyone help me out with this
