Alison,
A couple of questions for you to help troubleshoot:
1. Are you able to connect to other Internet sites?
2. What operating system do you have, is it Windows XP?
3. How do you connect to the Internet, dial-up or cable or DSL?
4. Is the Garth Brooks album the only one you're having trouble with?
Perhaps you can borrow another album from a friend and see if you get info
from that one.
