Hi Brian
I have not proceeded from your first instruction as, when I press insert and
q jaws is saying 'j tunes vertion 3.1 produced by T & T Consultancy Ltd. is
loaded. The application being used is itunes.exe'. I did get Jaws to store
the buy button but it's not working. Insert Q isn't saying j tunes is
active.
Thanks.

Hi Wendy
Unfortunately I do not understand this so here are some tests you can do
to ensure you have the right scripts. I downloaded J-Tunes from our web
site, installed it, and went through the process and it is working.
1. With J-Tunes running, press Insert Q. Does it say j-tunes version
3.1 is active?
2. If so, with iTunes running press Insert+figure 8 on the main qwerty
keyboard. This is the jaws keyboard manager. Press Tab, and you will
be in a list of 117 calls I have made to keystrokes in the scripts.
Arrow down and you you should get to a script called SetPosition, jaws
should say SetPosition alt+shift+T iTunes common. Does it say that?
If this is all correct, you have the correct files installed. If it is
still not working, there is a "back door" route we can go down by
manually changing the value in an .ini file shipped with J-Tunes.

Hi Anna
I purchased the script last Friday (31st August 2007) so am assuming
it's the right one. I followed all the steps outlined by Roger but it's
not working.
Thanks.

Hi Wendy,
Are you sure you're using the latest version of the iTunes
scripts, the one that runs with JAWS 8 and was released a few weeks ago?
Cheers,
Anna
