[blindipod] deleting somethign off the iPod using itunes

Hi all:
I still can not seem to delete stuff off my iPod further more I cant seem to
arrow around and hear what is on my iPod.
I found my iPod and hit shift f10 to open the context menu.
I hit open.
I then hit control windows alt n to open the contents of my Ipod in a new
window.
Then do I hit control windows alt l to view the contents?
I am using an iPod video.
