Hi Roger
Well noted, and it is worth pointing out that each person who does not
now conform to the list guidelines is written to off list. Frequent
occurrences of not observing the guidelines will mean the removal of
that person from the list unfortunately.

Subject: [blindipod] Topic "All of mp3" is Getting Very Annoying
Hi Everyone,
Brian has numerous times stated the purpose of this list. I have lately
been getting a ton of email from users that write about mp3.com and I am
starting to feel that the people that are so tremendously interested in
this particular site should maybe start their own freelist service
dedicated to that particular site. From what I have heard and read about
this site, its legality seems to be questionable in regards of having
the right to distribute music.
I for my part are interested in accessibility of portable music players,
JAWS scripts for iTunes, comments regarding accessibility of "legal"
music distribution sites and other interesting remarks that were and
have been made regarding the PTR1 and PTR2 or similar devices.
The time has come though where everyone that seems to be "in love" with
mp3.com should think about starting their own little group dedicated to
that service and people that currently subscribe to this list might also
decide to subscribe to that list but I do not understand why I have been
lately been getting 2/3 of emails from blindipod@xxxxxxxxxxxx that are
regarding mp3.com
I don't intend to be rude but it has become a little much and you
mp3.com intrestees should really think about starting your own user
group. If I am wrong in this please enlighten me.
Regards,
Roger
