[blindipod] Re: Itunes removing tracks from iPod

Thanks Brian, Anna and Phil.

You'd think if both machines had the same serial number and registration Apple would allow you to use your ipod on both machines.

It's not the end of the world however. I'm really enjoying getting into using Itunes with these great scripts. Thanks for developing them Brian.

Podcasts:

I don't know whether I'm using them wrongly but I noticed when I deleted the only podcast I had from one source then I lost the ability to get the next one although I had pasted in the feed to the Podcast option.

Video:

I see that Itunes is supposed to be able to play video files - the ones I've tried seem to have problems eg. mpg files.

Hi
Here is the official verdict on this query of Gordon's as obtained from the
Apple web site this morning.

START OF QUOTE

You can include the music in your iTunes music library on more than one
iPod, so if you and a family member, for example, enjoy the same music, you
can
each link your iPod to the same iTunes library. You can't, however, link an
iPod to more than one library, which means you can't add songs from someone
else's collection to your iPod.
