Hi Annabell,
Be sure you're using Anapod Shuffler, not Anapod Explorer, to try to access
your Shuffle. Shuffler is specifically for the Shuffle, while Anapod
Explorer is for other iPods. If you bought the universal version of
Anapod, you may very well have both icons on your desktop.
Also, don't hesitate to contact Anapod Explorer tech support. They're
usually quite fast, and very helpful.
