Excuse my confusion, but do you mean the preferences tab within Itunes? If
so, I've located the ipod tab but there's no option for disc usage. Sorry
if I am misunderstanding you. Annabel.

You probably have not enabled disc usage., This is explained in the
Annapod
documentation, however what you need to do is to go into the edit, then
preferences menu, select the iPod tab, then enable disc usage check box.
Annapod needs to see the iPod as a drive within windows explorer.
