Now each target has its own voice file. I think I wrote a message about 
this so just have a look for that.

You can get voice files from rockbox.org but I think they use linux voices.
Also you can't use makevoices you will need a development environment. 
Either vmware, linux or cygwin.
Also, my current english.lang file uses IBM via voice. Will the new voice

Your english.lang file doesn't use IBM via voice that is actually the 
makevoices script. Just thought I would tell you that. Anyway I can only 
use SAPI5 voices. So I will have to find a good one so it might be 
longer anyway  if you join #rockbox on irc I can tell you when it is done.
Also I only have MS Anna and I don't like that voice. So let me just go 
and get one. Also I have got a patched build here so you might want 
that. It can voice the time in 12 or 24 hour format, says the disk size 
and says the version as well as the battery time left in minutes and hours.
