Hi Chris,
When you connect your iPod to your PC and have iTunes open, focus
should go to your iPod. When you down arrow from there, you should
see categories like Music, Audiobooks, and any playlists you have in
your iPod. I would think one of the categories would be Videos,
though I don't have an iPod Video so don't know for certain. Once
you're focused on Videos, tab twice; you should be in a list of all
your videos. Select the ones you want to delete and press the Delete
key. If you want to delete all of them, type Control-A if you have
Brian Hartgen's scripts, or type Alt-E A to choose Select All from
the Edit menu. If you have the scripts, you can select the way you
would in most programs, using Shift and the arrow keys. Without them,
you'll have to left-click on a file with your screen reader's mouse
cursor to select it if you don't want to select all.
