Hi Ali,

If you're interested in using your player for audio books, one thing to keep in mind is that the iRiver can't play books from Audible, but the iPod can. On the other hand, the iPod can't play Overdrive books - the ones some libraries now let you download to listen to - but I'm pretty sure the iRiver can. I've never used an iRiver, but I have an iPod Nano that I like very much. The click wheel is a bit tricky sometimes, but in general it works just fine once you get used to it, and with Rockbox running, I get speech feedback so I know where I am and can back up if I go too far through a menu.

Cheers,
Anna
