Hi Kevin,
The only suggestion I have is to delete the .rockbox directory and
the rockbox.ipod (I think that's the filename) and then copy them
back on from the computer. This works like a reset and should do the
trick - at least, it worked for me when I tried to use Resume and
lost speech. Good luck.
