Hi all,

Last night I was listening to a book on my Ipod,

I pressed the play button to stop the book for a moment, I made a mistake and pressed the menu and heard reasent book marks so I exited the menu system stopped the player and did what I had to do.

When I went to play the book about 5 minutes later nothing happens!!

Now I have no speech and I can't do anything with the Ipod I have pressed the middle and the top buttons on the round wheel if you hold them in for about 6 seconds it is supposed to reset the unit.

I have even updated rock box but still I have not got any speech.

Can any one help me I am really stuck I don't really have a set of good eyes around much but I think I will try as it might be that the volume has turned it's self down, or the menus are not being spoken in rock box all the best and thanks in advance for any help any one can give.
