[blindipod] Itunes volume

Hi people all over the world
I've got about 500 CDs to convert in to MP3 at 192 bit rate into Itunes.
I've so far converted about 130 albums.
However, when I play them in Party Shuffle the volumes are different.
Is there a setting to fix this when converting or a setting when playing in
Party Shuffle?
