[blindipod] anapod gets tired?

I just about think anapod and I will get along ... and then I try to
transfer a group of files and they don't go onto the shuffle.
I've copied 6 files onto the shuffle using anapod. It's a little over
100MB. When I transfer a file, I hear the words transfer complete, but
the file hasn't transferred. I hear "club red arena" and "transfer
through put" which is the clue the file hasn't transferred.
I try another file. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. It all
seems quite random.
Any clues what is wrong?
