[blindipod] Setting up a Music Store Account

Hi,
 
Sorry to bother the list yet again, but can someone please give me some
assistance with setting up an account for the music store.
 
I went into I-tunes, and into music store, just to browse, and was asked to
set up an account,  I pressed the new account button, with the help of my
sighted daughter, but cannot get any further.  Jaws does not seem to want to
follow etc.   
 
Any help much appreciated, and I will try not to bother the list again.
