Hi Allison,

You need to press Play for about 3 seconds.  Then it takes another 15 seconds 
or so to start playing.  Good luck.

Hi all!
I received my creative Zen stone today, plugged it in, deleted the sample 
tracks from the music folder, and pasted in some mp3 files of an audio book 
I waited until the player was charged, plugged in the headphones, and held 
down the play button for one second. I heard  a little popping sound which 
told me that the player had powered up, but no other sound. I tried pushing 
all sides of the wheel, thinking that the volume might just be too low. I 
assume that the portion of the wheel with the little dot on it is volume up 
What could I be doing wrong? Should I have put the files in the route of the 
player instead of in the music folder? Any assistance would be greatly 
appreciated.
