I'm not sure if you have enough vision to use the mouse but if so, you can
delete multiple songs that are not sequentially located next to each other
by using the cntl + mouse. For example lets say you select and want to
delete song 1. You arrow down to song 5. If you hit shift + left mouse
button, all the songs from song 1 to 5 will be highlighted and can be
deleted at once. If you only wanted to delete song 1 and song 5 but not
delete songs 2, 3 & 4, you would hit cntl + left mouse button on song 5.
Now only song 1 and song 5 are highlighted and you can delete those 2 at
once.

Hope this helps.

Hi Jose,

Are you using J-Tunes, or just iTunes by itself? If you have J-Tunes, you
can delete multiple songs if they are right next to each other by holding
down Shift while on the first one, then pressing Down Arrow as needed to
select the others and pressing Enter. If they aren't right next to each
other, however, there is no way to select multiple ones at once. If you
really have a lot of duplicate files, the easiest thing would probably be
to delete everything and start over. If you have J-Tunes, type Control-A
for Select All; otherwise choose Select All from the Edit menu. Then press
Delete.

HTH,
Anna
