Do you have any other Idias?  I jumped from  jaws 6 to 8 so I can't roll back 
to 7

  You need to use jaws 7 if you want good functionality.

  good evening everyone.  I just received the Ipod shuffle for mothers day and 
I don't know how to use Itunes.  I am running jaws 8.0 with xp.  I have down 
loaded the software but I can only make jaws read very little of the screen.  I 
do get some speech but I don't know what the key commands might be or even if 
there are any.  Could anyone help to point me in the correct direction?  I 
would very much appreciate this.
