[blindipod] Converting vidieos

Hi,
I do use DVD Audio extracter to convert the audio to my IPod. I, however,
do have some friends that would enjoy watching some of the movies I have.
How can I convert from say, MPG, AVI, or or other vidio format (WMV also),
to mp4?
