Hi,

You might want to go to the Rockbox site, which I think is at
www.rockbox.org
and see which iPods they are planning to support. Rockbox is alternate firmware that makes some MP3 players talk, and I know they're working on support for the Nano, among others. From what I've read on this list, it sounds like that support has a ways to go before it's stable, but it might be useful to know which iPods might talk in the future.
