Hi,
i think itunes is in the mini mode
try looking for the itunes icon in the system tray.
right clickc and there should be an option that says show itunes window.
I hope that fixes your problem.

Hello; Listers, I need help. O.K. I am having a problem with iTUNES. Whenever I open it. It always says iTUNES when it opens. I don't have a problem with that. But when it opens and when I hit the JAWS cursor it doesn't read the iTUNES window. It reads the desktop or the taskbar or it says start button iTUNES. But I guess JAWS is loosing focus on iTUNES. But I uninstalled iTUNES and reinstalled it and no go. I also tried a repair on JAWS no go and I also tried a system restore and no go. I really need help. Can anyone help me? Please write back.
